Aloo Gobi is one of the most common Indian recipe and I really love it with curd and chapatis. It is very easy to cook but the way it is cooked is very different in different parts of India. It is mostly a dry dish but in some parts it is also cooked with gravy. We will learn the dry north Indian version here
